Cause one: The amount of ink in the print setting is too low

Usually, in the uv large format printer image control software, there are 40%, 60%, 80%, 100% and other different ink output controls. If the operator is not experienced enough, the original 100% ink will be printed with 80% of the ink, which will result in a lighter output image. The solution is to increase the amount of ink.

Cause two: The printed PASS is too low

The color and precision of the patterns printed by different PASSs are different. Usually, some objects with small materials are printed with high pass, which makes the pattern clear and rich in color. If it is large-format printing, you can use lower ones. PASS prints. This requires the technician to set different PASS for different materials to print according to the actual experience.

Reason three: the impact of the material

The transparency, gloss, smoothness and other characteristics of the substrate itself will affect the printing effect of the final uv printer, resulting in a lighter and darker output image. In addition to the visual error of the naked eye, some materials have an adsorption effect on the ink, and some materials have a dissolution effect on the ink. For example, in a conventional acrylic inkjet printer, the uv printer only needs 80% of the ink, and a little more will result in a deeper image.
