Cautions for Use of Disperse Dye Sublimation Ink
Disperse dye sublimation ink can make disperse dyes which is low-energy and easily sublimated into digital printing ink. Then print the ink on sublimation heat transfer paper.Due to the process of heating, it can produce images very fast on exquisite porcelain, metal, silk, chemical fiber fabric and other materials. It is very suitable for development of personalized customization market and environmental-friendly demands.
Because disperse dye sublimation ink is water-based ink, so it is mainly consist of water-based resin, solvents and related additives by composite grinding maching. Water-based ink is especially suitable for packaging and printing products with strict hygienic conditions such as tobacco, wine, food, beverage, medicine, children's toys, etc.
Disperse dye sublimation inks are mostly made of disperse dyes for textiles. Disperse dyes are widely used in textile printing and dyeing because of their saturated color and good weatherability. So far, they are still one of the main raw materials in the printing and dyeing industry. The traditional textile printing and dyeing industry uses disperse pigments in the process of dyeing, which has serious environmental pollution problems, and is not suitable for small batch production.
When we use disperse dye sublimation ink,we need to care about that disperse dye sublimation ink should be in conjunction with sublimation paper and sublimation printer.Even though the application of disperse dye sublimation ink is very large, such as cloth, leather, metal, wood, ceramics, glass, plexiglass, PVC board, etc,we still need to be careful that the sublimation ink is not suitable for 100% cooton fabric. So when we printing t-shirts,ususlly do not use dye sublimation inks but pigment inks instead of it.
