2. Pay attention to the use of ink under low temperature conditions

Use a higher viscosity ink because the larger the ink droplet weight, the less the electrostatic effect. Temperature is one of the main problems when using winter ink. After the temperature is lowered, the viscosity of the ink will increase, so that the fluidity will be deteriorated, and the ink will not be smooth when working, and the inkjet of the nozzle will be affected, which will damage the piezoelectricity inside the nozzle. 3. The winter cold and low temperature drying inkjet printer work shop should pay attention to the protection of static electricity

It is easy to generate static electricity in cold and low temperature in winter. It is easy to generate static electricity. This is known to us, and static electricity also has a great influence on inkjet printers. The performance phenomenon is that ink droplets are printed on the light box cloth and other related inkjet printing. Before the paper medium, the direction changes to cause a paste phenomenon.
