What is sublimation printing on t shirt, here is a quick introduction how sublimation printing work on t shirt,I hope it will be helpful for you.
Generally speaking,dye-sublimation printing with sublimation transfer paper and dye sublimation ink is a technique that allows you to print full colour images all over a garment. The design is first digitally printed onto a sheet of special sublimation paper. This is then placed on top of the garment and steamed. The heat converts the solid dye particles into a gas, which is absorbed into the open pores of polyester fibres in the fabric. The end result is an incredibly soft feeling print that will not peel, crack or fade. Unlike screen printing, where the ink sits on top of the fabric, you cannot feel sublimation printing. You are also not limited in terms of printable areas.
There are no set up costs which mean one colour costs the same as printing one thousand colours. As we print at 300dpi clairt we can easily replicate photographs, painting and detailed deisgns (such as gradients). All sublimation garments start out white – like a blank canvas. You can then apply infinite colours onto the garment. It is possible to add even more customisation and brand identity to sublimation printed vests by either relabelling or having an inner neck print. We can print upto 2 colours in the back of the neck or sew in woven labels.
