1. Air intrusion into the sublimation transfer paper hydraulic system is the main cause of noise. Because when the hydraulic system invades air, its volume is larger in the low-pressure area. When it flows into the high-pressure area, it is compressed and the volume suddenly decreases, and when it flows into the low-pressure area, the volume suddenly increases. This sudden change in bubble volume produces "Explosion" phenomenon. This produces noise, which is usually called "cavitation". For this reason, an exhaust device is often installed on the hydraulic cylinder for exhaust. In addition, after driving, it is also a common method to make the actuator reciprocate several times in a rapid full stroke.

2. The quality of the hydraulic pump or hydraulic motor is not good, and it is usually the main part of the noise generated in the hydraulic transmission. The manufacturing quality of the hydraulic pump is not good, the accuracy does not meet the technical requirements, the pressure and flow fluctuation are large, the oil trapping phenomenon cannot be eliminated well, the sealing is not good, and the bearing quality is poor, etc. are the main causes of noise. In use, due to the wear of hydraulic pump parts, the gap is too large, the flow is insufficient, the pressure is easy to fluctuate, and it will also cause noise. In the face of the above reasons, one is to choose a good quality hydraulic pump or hydraulic motor, and the other is to strengthen repair and maintenance. For example, if the gear tooth profile accuracy is low, the grinding gear should meet the contact surface requirements. If the vane pump is trapped in oil, the triangular groove of the oil distribution pan should be corrected to eliminate the trapped oil. If the axial clearance of the hydraulic pump is too large and the oil delivery is insufficient, it should be repaired to make the axial clearance within the allowable range. If the hydraulic pump is incorrectly selected, it should be replaced.

3. The overflow valve is unstable. For example, the valve core is stuck or stuck in the valve hole due to improper fit between the spool valve and the valve hole, or the contact between the cone valve and the valve seat is stuck by dirt, the orifice is blocked, the spring is skewed or invalid, etc. Failure to move, causing system pressure fluctuations and noise. In this regard, attention should be paid to cleaning and dredging the female hole, and checking the overflow valve. If it is found to be damaged, or if it is worn out of the stipulation, it should be repaired or replaced in time.

4. Improper adjustment of the reversing valve causes the spool of the reversing valve to move too fast, resulting in reversing shock, and thus noise and vibration. In this case, if the reversing valve is a hydraulic reversing valve, the throttle element in the control oil circuit should be adjusted to make the reversing smooth and without impact. When working, the spool of the hydraulic valve is supported on the spring. When its frequency is close to the pulsating frequency of the oil delivery rate of the hydraulic pump or the frequency of other vibration sources, it will cause vibration and generate noise. At this time, by changing the natural frequency of the pipeline system, changing the position of the control valve or adding an accumulator appropriately, vibration and noise can be prevented.

5. Mechanical vibration, such as long and slender tubing, with many elbows but not fixed, will easily cause the tubing to shake when the oil flows through, especially when the flow rate is high. Unbalanced rotating parts of electric motors and hydraulic pumps, poor alignment during installation, or loose couplings, etc., can cause vibration and noise. The measures to be taken in this regard are: the longer oil pipes should be separated from each other and separated from the machine tool wall, and supporting pipe clamps should be appropriately added; adjust the installation accuracy of the motor and hydraulic pump; reinstall the coupling to ensure that the coaxiality is less than 0.1 MM etc.
