For example, to print a 4PASS picture, each pixel needs to be divided into 4 overlay prints to complete, usually increasing the number of PASS can improve the image quality. PASS stands for the number of runs of the print head when printing a full line of pictures when printing. Inkjet is a line printing method. 4PASS is 4 passes, and so on.

The width of the print head, the number of nozzle holes, the size of the holes, etc. This is the necessary hardware for printing, and PASS is a concept of dividing the required printing accuracy into multiple parts. For example, it is required to print 360DPI accuracy and then the nozzle with 180 holes must be printed 4 times to achieve the required accuracy, 720 requires 8PASS to complete. And like the EPSON 5th generation head, the width of the nozzle hole is 1 inch, which is the reason. When the nozzle reaches 360 holes per monochrome, then the accuracy of 360DPI can be printed according to the above 1PASS. Isn't it faster?
