The black line failure appears in the JPG of the photo machine printing. Through analysis, it is mainly divided into hardware problems and software problems:

1. Software problems:

(1). Check whether there is a black line in the design of the JPG icon. This problem occurs because the small picture is not obvious, the large picture has a large proportion and is relatively obvious. You can print the picture, enlarge it, and check the position of the relative black line to see if the black line has been added by mistake during the design of the picture. If it exists, please save it and save the JPG image output, and then print again.

(2). The computer operating system is infected with malicious programs, causing the photo software to run abnormally, and running errors and deviations may occur when printing images. The simple and easy way to solve this situation is to redo the system and reinstall the printing software.

(3). The wide format digital printer uses related pirated cracked software, etc. For example, the trial version or cracked version of the software may have these problems. Please replace the genuine authorized software to print.

2. Hardware problems:

(1). For data transmission problems between the host computer and the photo machine, check whether the socket of the transmission data cable is intact and whether there is any loose contact caused by looseness. Whether the data cable between the related circuit board cards is in poor contact, such as the data connection between the car board and the main board. You can turn off the photo machine, disassemble the main body of the photo machine, pull out the carriage plate, wipe it with a rubber wiper, and then insert it back to its original position. Check whether the output data cable is worn out, and replace it as soon as it is broken, and ensure that the surface of the data cable is clean and dry before performing the print test.

(2). The inkjet problem of the nozzle. Conditional users can use the  replacement nozzle test, or print the nozzle after cleaning.

(3). The problem of static electricity and the unstable voltage of the environment of the digital inkjet printer. For example, weather, temperature, humidity, etc. will have an impact on the precision instrument photo machine, the printing of the photo machine in a dry environment is prone to static electricity, and static electricity will affect the printing. Or the failure caused by the unstable power supply voltage in the working environment where the photo machine is located, it is recommended that the user configure the power regulator for the photo machine to provide guarantee for the normal printing of the photo machine, and at the same time better protect the use of the photo machine.
