Therefore, the user of sublimation printing machine should make the choice of ink first. The quality of the ink determines the quality of the printed image and the life of the nozzle. The manufacture of inkjet printer ink is very complicated, whether it is original ink or compatible ink, as long as it can meet the quality requirements of continuous printing. Therefore, for inkjet printers that consume a lot of ink, we can choose non-original high-quality inks that are "cheap and inexpensive". The second is to do a good job of equipment and nozzle maintenance. Nozzles are most likely to be blocked by long printing times, improper ink use, or unused for a long time. Of course, the use of poor quality ink will also cause the nozzle holes to be blocked, which will affect the print quality. In severe cases, the entire nozzle will be scrapped. Although the manufacturing process of the nozzle is fine, its structure is not complicated. The plane that is in direct contact with the printing medium is not full of many tiny circular holes. The nozzle holes are connected to the nozzles into which the ink cartridges are inserted. From the nozzles to the nozzle holes and around the nozzle holes, toner or impurities with strong adhesion are often retained. With these toners and impurities, the printhead can resume normal printing functions.

Most of the seemingly scrapped nozzles simply have nozzle holes blocked and cannot work, and can be restored by simple flushing. For the normal printing, but the lack of strokes or colors, or the slight blockage of the image at high resolution, generally use the nozzle cleaning program that comes with the printer to solve it. However, it should be noted that if there is a slight nozzle hole clogging, such as missing strokes or poor color, it should be 
cleaned early with a cleaning program. In the printing process, the machine frequently fills ink or cleans the nozzles, but the printing effect is still poor or the nozzles are severely blocked, the machine cannot fill ink, or the inkjet printer refuses to work, and it can only be cleaned manually. Although the manual cleaning method is not complicated, because the nozzle needs to be disassembled, the cleaning frequency should not be too frequent. The manual cleaning method is to use a syringe and a rubber tube, cleaning solution, ten times magnifying glass, hard plastic knife, etc. After removing the spray head, use a magnifying glass to carefully find the nozzle that is blocked by the spray hole, and then use a syringe to inject the cleaning solution into the spray hole. If necessary, use a hard plastic knife to scrape off the residue on the edge of the spray hole. When using, be careful not to contaminate the electrode part.
