Digital Inkjet Printing Machine-Do You Know The Role of Its Heater

The weather is cold, the digital inkjet printing machine output screen appears difficult to dry out, and even the screen spreads. Everyone is struggling with how to use the heating function of the machine. In fact, the use of the heater depends on the ambient temperature and humidity. The best working environment temperature of the machine is about 18 ℃ ~ 25 ℃, and the humidity is about 70%. For those who do not have standard installation of air conditioners and humidifiers, the following explains the use of various machine heaters according to the season and environment:

Digital Inkjet Printing Machine

Indoor photo machine

The digital textile printer is equipped with no heating device as standard. An external heater needs to be purchased separately. The factory has an optional arc infrared heater. The heater has uniform heating and low efficiency, which is suitable for single-head machines. In this case, it is recommended to print 10 minutes in advance. Turn on the heater and set the heating temperature between 50 ° C and 55 ° C. Above 55 ° C, many materials will be baked and deformed, causing the coating to fail. For double-headed machines, it is recommended to purchase an external medium wave tube heater in addition to the infrared heater to improve drying efficiency. The medium wave tube heater is a knob-type device for adjusting drying efficiency. It is recommended to increase the drying intensity as much as possible without baking deformed materials.

Outdoor photo machine

The machine is equipped with standard heating and front heating. External heaters need to be purchased separately. The factory has optional curved infrared heaters. The heaters have uniform heating and low efficiency, which is suitable for single-head machines. Turn on the heater for 10 minutes and set the heating temperature: the middle heating setting temperature is lower than 30 ° C. If the temperature is too high, it will cause the material to be too soft, the paper will be arched, or it will not move at all. Pre-heating 45 ° C to 55 ° C; Infrared heater 50 ° C to 55 ° C, exceeding 55 ° C, many materials will be baked and deformed, causing film failure.

For double-headed wide format inkjet printers, it is recommended to purchase an external medium wave tube heater in addition to the infrared heater to improve drying efficiency. The medium wave tube heater is a knob-type device for adjusting drying efficiency. It is recommended to increase the drying intensity as much as possible without baking deformed materials. The ink absorption performance of outdoor materials is greatly affected by the ambient temperature. If the ambient temperature cannot be maintained above 15 ° C, it is likely that there will be diffusion problems when fully heated. At this time, it is recommended to add an external dryer behind the machine to heat the material temperature in advance to improve the ink absorption performance of the material. The temperature setting of the heater is recommended to be lower than 40 ° C, otherwise it will cause the nozzles and carts to be rubbed due to the material being too soft, paper arching or not moving at all.

2- or 4-head inkjet printer

The machine is equipped with pre-heating, middle-heating and front-heating as standard. External air dryers need to be purchased separately. The factory has optional ceramic dryers or medium wave tube dryers. Turn on the heater 10 minutes in advance before drawing. The ink absorption performance of the printing material is greatly affected by the ambient temperature. If the ambient temperature cannot be maintained above 15 ° C, it is likely that the pre-heating temperature is high and there is a problem of diffusion. At this time, pre-heating must be turned on. The temperature setting of the heater is recommended to be lower than 40 ° C, otherwise it will cause the nozzles and carts to be wiped due to the material being too soft, arching or not moving at all. Heating temperature setting: The setting temperature of the middle heating should be lower than 35 ℃. If the temperature is too high, it will cause the nozzles and carts to be wiped because the material is too soft and arched or cannot move at all. Before heating 45 ° C to 55 ° C, exceeding 55 ° C, many materials will be deformed by baking, which will cause abnormal cloth walking. The 2-head machine is recommended to be equipped with an additional air dryer, and the 4-head machine is recommended to purchase an external medium wave tube heater to improve the drying efficiency (of course, the fan of the dryer must be turned on). The medium wave tube heater is a knob-type device for adjusting drying efficiency. It is recommended to increase the drying intensity as much as possible without baking deformed materials. In addition, the self-heating function of the nozzle must be turned on in winter! Otherwise, ink drifts and ink breaks are normal.

Digital Printer

8 head inkjet printer

The digital printer is equipped with pre-heating, medium heating, front heating and extended heating as standard. The factory has optional medium wave tube dryers, and a maximum of two dryers are optional. Pre-heating at 45 ° C to 50 ° C; Extended heating at 45 ° C to 50 ° C, exceeding 55 ° C, many materials will be baked and deformed, causing abnormal cloth movement. It is recommended to choose a medium wave tube dryer for the 2 head machine, and it is recommended to purchase two medium wave tube heaters for the 4 head machine or the 8 head machine to improve the drying efficiency. The medium wave tube heater is a knob-type device for adjusting drying efficiency. It is recommended to increase the drying intensity as much as possible without baking deformed materials (of course, the fan of the dryer must be turned on). In addition, in winter, be sure to set the self-heating temperature of the nozzle to 30 ℃ ~ 40 ℃! Otherwise, ink drifting and ink breaking are inevitable.
