In the last article, we talked about whether the sublimation paper printer can print normally, not only depends on the performance of the printer's nozzle, but also the result of working together on all parts of the whole printer. When any of the components is out of order, the output image of the printer will definitely be affected. Therefore, we must do regular maintenance and cleaning of the printer to keep it in the best working condition.
In the last article we first introduced the maintenance of the printer nozzles and rails. Next, let’s continue to explain how other components should be maintained.
There is also a raster for the sublimation digital printer that needs regular maintenance. The grating is a transparent film behind the printer's small frame, which plays a role in positioning. If the grating is dirty, there will be ghosting, misalignment, etc., so the grating also needs regular cleaning and maintenance. Maintenance: Wipe clean with a cotton swab. Do not use brute force. Note that both sides should be clean.
The last thing that needs to be cleaned regularly is the ink stack of sublimation transfer printer. After the printer has been working for a period of time, the wiper and ink pad around the ink stack will be slowly stained with ink and dust. If it is not cleaned in time, it may cause the nozzle to clog. Regularly wipe the cleaning solution with a cotton swab and gently wipe the residual ink and impurities on the blade and ink stack.
Note: If the blade has been deformed or damaged, you will need to replace it directly with a new one.
