Direct Textile Sublimation Ink

Temperature is one of the main problems when using sublimation transfer ink in the winter. After the temperature is lowered, the viscosity of the ink will increase, so that the fluidity will be deteriorated, and the ink will not be smooth when the ink is in operation, and the ink pressure inside the nozzle will be damaged. The phenomenon of nozzle fatigue caused by electric ceramics, such as the appearance of vertical lines on the painting surface and frequent ink breakage. The advice given to you here is that you can control the fluidity of the ink by increasing the temperature. Bring the ink to a better state. The specific method is that a temperature control device is  installed at the bottom plate of the nozzle to change the temperature, and a temperature control device is added at the secondary ink cartridge and the main ink tank to change the temperature. This method is worth to promote that it uses a large amount of electricity but has a good effect and more secure. This method is currently the most used one.

The winter temperature is low, whether it is heating or air conditioning heating, the relative humidity will drop ---- dry. Dry climate can also affect the normal use of ink, then someone will ask: What kind of negative impact will the dry climate have? Here I will explain that first of all, the static electricity is higher in the dry environment, and the higher static electricity not only has a greater hazard to the equipment but also has a certain impact on the use of the ink, such as the phenomenon of flying ink. There is also a solvent that is a volatile liquid. When the air is dry, the volatilization speed will increase, and the ink on the surface of the nozzle will dry up quickly, causing the nozzle to clog. In the process of inkjet printing, it is characterized by flying ink and frequent  disconnection and inkjet skewing. If you do not pay attention to nozzle maintenance, it may damage the nozzle. Drying also changes the material, making coatings or other chemical materials on some materials change to be incompatible with ink. There are also materials such as paper-based on photo materials, such as paper, which may cause problems such as material warping and excessive ink absorption in the case of drying. If not solved in time, the nozzle and motor may be damaged. Of course, the best way is to keep the temperature/humidity of the printing room within the ideal range (20-28 degrees Celsius, relative humidity 40%-70%).

Sublimation Ink

Do not allow the dye sublimation printer ink to be stored for too long, affecting the use of the printer when printing, and ensuring the temperature and humidity of the ink storage environment. After the ink is stored, it can be used more conveniently to reduce the problems in printing.
