The manual heat transfer machine process of printing on a fabric with a copper cylinder engraved with a concave pattern is called a roller printing. The engraved roller is referred to as the cylinder. When printing, the surface of the cylinder is firstly colored with a slurry, and then the color paste on the uncut part of the cylinder is scraped off with a sharp and flat scrape to leave the color paste inside the concave pattern. When the flower cylinder is embossed on the fabric, the color paste is transferred to the fabric to be printed. Each cylinder is printed with a color paste. If a plurality of cylinders are mounted on the printing device at the same time, the color pattern can be continuously  printed. The roller printing has the advantages of clear flower-shaped porch, full color and high productivity.

How to prevent the occurrence of wrinkles when printing with a roller heat transfer machine? The methods are as follows:

In the operation of the heat press transfer machine, there are various creases. Some are due to the wrinkles inherent in the semi-products, some due to the curl caused by the edges of the fabric, and some due to the uneven stitching or tilting, which causes the fabric to be unevenly stretched and wrinkles. These should be corrected in time before the printing process, especially after the mercerizing setting is difficult to correct some creases and printing. However, most of the wrinkles generated during the printing process, such as Poisson lock, the roller pressure is uneven, the tension is different, and the distance between the contact points of the two guide rollers is too large. The moisture content of the printing part, with the weight of the special printing paste, the cotton cloth and the wool are not straight, and the cotton pulp on both sides is very different from the expansion of other intermediate parts. In the pressure roller, it tends to wrinkle. Creases and guides, too much uneven surface formation.
